My Journey

I began my career as a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist (LMBT) to complement my work as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, believing it would simply add another helpful modality to my skill set. What I quickly discovered, however, was a deep passion for treating the whole person—not just the symptom. I found so much joy in helping clients understand their bodies, reduce pain, restore mobility, and create balance within their nervous system so their body can do what it was designed to do: heal.

From the outset of my career, I have been deeply fascinated by fascia—the connective tissue system that influences structural alignment, movement, and nervous system regulation. Over more than 26 years of clinical experience, my work across multiple modalities has consistently led me to one clear conclusion: lasting healing occurs when the body is given the opportunity to reset and self-regulate. This understanding has shaped my practice and highlighted the importance of Bowenwork as a foundational approach, where subtle, precise input allows the nervous system to shift out of protection and into repair. In addition to clinical practice, I now serve as an instructor in this modality, training practitioners in the principles and application of Bowenwork. While I continue to draw from a diverse range of modalities—including Thai Bodywork, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, CranioSacral Therapy, and Deep Tissue techniques—Bowenwork remains central, as it is often where the deepest and most sustainable healing takes place.

Whether you're seeking relief, renewal, or simply a deeper connection with your body, my goal is to create a space where you feel cared for, understood, and supported on your healing journey.
